Vatika a well known reputed Gurgaon-based group is fetching 75 acres of land in Gurgaon against Rs 300 crore from Ramprastha group to come up with another nonpareil project that can define exceptional development in the Gurgaon city.
As of now Vatika builder is raising funds for this deal and which will allow Ramprastha group to deliver a partial exit to Altico Capital.
Other than this, Vatika group has made a crucial payment for the land taken from Ramprastha group, and also the builder is the way to taking help from PE funds and NBFCs to boost funding for the same deal.
This land is a part of sector 89, Gurgaon which is adjoining to the existing Vatika’s 300 acre township (top-notch). Ramprastha recently signed agreement with leading builder Godrej Properties on land that is next to the parcel it is selling to Vatika.
Many other local builders are having hankering for a right tie-up with the reputed names such as Godrej,Tata Housing, etc. to fillip the brand image and get the right gush to increase their presence and glean trust of investors and buyers.
In the last two year the real estate market was in its sluggish position due to several of reasons, so the Ramprastha builder is selling the land 20-25 per cent lowers than the actual price which was asked when the market was in its right position.
But 2016 is considered to be the best year for investment and the buyers or investors who have invested years ago can enjoy the lucrative change in the value.
