Supertech realty firm next coming with “sport-centric” township outspread over 175 acres of land in Greater Noida and will raise Rs 600 crore in the form of equity and debt.
Builder got this land from one of the government’s developers for about Rs 900 crore. This township will consist of 5,500 apartments and 500 villas for approx Rs 1,800 crore.
Also to get better result the builder tied up with prominent sports figure Sania Mirza for tennis academy, Shikar Dhawan for cricket, Pullela Gopichand for badminton, Jyoti Randhawa for golf academy and Gagan Narang for Shooting.
As far as the funding is concerned the company will invest Rs 600 crore and the rest will generate from the customer’s advance and internal accruals.
Additionally, the company will present Noida-based realty firm Ajnara group as its co-developer. Also the company would be responsible for the development of whole sports facilities on 70 per cent of the total area.
The company out spreads its wings and planned 36 more projects in Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida and Bengaluru.
At present, the Supertech builder is heading in a legal battle in the Supreme Court, as the Allahabad High Court has requested to demolish the two 40 storey towers-Apex and Ceyane consisting of 857 apartments where 600 were sold out in Noida.
