The prime real estate bodies have compelled an appeal to transport department of Haryana to provide grand public transport to almost 10,000 families who have moved in their dream homes in sectors 58-115.
The council has also voiced-out it their concern for those residing in urbanized villages so that travelling aspect remains easy and feasible for all.
Soon the process will come into action where the NAREDCO National Real Estate Development Council will bring up this topic to make things quick and effective.
In a letter to Chief Secretary of Haryana government SS Dhillon, Parveen Jain stated “people living in these newly capacious homes in these areas are truly facing big amount of trouble in travelling and it is difficult to make a way to all social infrastructures. Sectors 69 & 70 on Southern Periphery Rd and other vital sectors like 81-90, 92, 108 on Dwarka Expressway are the most important areas that are facing major travelling trouble, so there is an essential need for a good travelling plan that brings a big jump in travelling cycle”.
Apart from electricity service and roads the builders have arranged shutter services for the buyers as government has not done much in transportation sector. Vineet Relia, the Managing director of SARE Homes added our buses in a day make about 66 trips to various locations.
More people going to come as Tulip infrastech & Bestech have handed over several apartments. Today around 8,000-10,000 families are living in these areas where they are enjoying next level of living. Probably, bus services will connect major places like Darbaripur, Sikandarpur, Daulabad, Dhanwapur, etc. so that it connects well internally.
Hope this rapid transport system will connect all the places well and make it feasible for the residents to live as well as travel.
